At nights and days he rides by shuttle taxis from Jaffa to East-Jerusalem only to meet Abed A-Rahman -- A billdboard manufacturer who own an anarchist agenda. In cunning ways, Ishai tries to convince Abed that he should overcome his daily routines and act as an artist.
